Request approval for a resident-sponsored trainer to provide one-on-one fitness services at Club 333.

Before you begin

The resident and trainer may complete this together. Have the trainer's current certification, CPR/AED, and liability-insurance details ready.

Trainer membership: $100 every three months

Each outside trainer must sign the current trainer agreement and pay the $100 trainer access fee in advance for each three-month period before providing services. Trainers must re-enroll annually and keep their insurance, certifications, and required screening current.

Trainer access is limited to instruction with pre-approved Club333 member clients. It does not include personal workouts or guest privileges. Trainers must check in at the Club desk on every visit.
