Accessibility & accommodations
Club 333 welcomes service animals and considers assistance-animal accommodation requests in accordance with applicable law.
Ordinary pets are prohibited in the Club except in the dog run or another area expressly designated by Club 333 or building management. Animals in designated areas must remain under the handler’s control and may not create a nuisance, safety risk, sanitation problem, or property damage. Handlers must promptly remove animal waste and remain responsible for damage, subject to applicable law.
Service animals are not pets. A person with a disability may be accompanied by a service animal in member-accessible areas as required by applicable law. When the animal’s status and work are not apparent, staff may ask only whether the animal is required because of a disability and what work or task it has been trained to perform. Certification, registration, a vest, a task demonstration, or disclosure of a diagnosis will not be required.
Service animals must be housebroken and under the handler’s control. They may not enter pool or spa water but must be allowed on the pool deck and in other member-accessible areas unless a specific lawful exception applies.
An emotional-support or other assistance animal that is not trained to perform disability-related work is not treated as an ADA service animal and does not receive automatic access to every Club area. Because Club 333 is a residential amenity, requests will be considered as reasonable housing accommodations and handled through the required cooperative dialogue. Supporting information may be requested only when and to the extent allowed by law.
No pet fee or deposit will be charged for an approved assistance animal, although the handler remains responsible for actual damage on the same lawful basis applicable to others.
