A note from Package Valet

Dear •Hub Residents,

With the upcoming holiday season and online deal days, we anticipate a significant increase in package deliveries. This past weekend, Package Valet received between 200 and 300 packages daily. The increased volume led to delays in entering packages into BuildingLink and longer wait times at the package room window.

In response, we have added staff to select high-volume shifts. Even if your courier notifies you that a package has been delivered, please allow our team time to log it into BuildingLink before coming to collect it. This helps us locate your package quickly and reduces your wait time.

Please collect your packages promptly to make room for new deliveries. Thank you for your patience and cooperation.
